A computer part of a local network
No firewall or right to modify its settings, to allow Anairc use the network
Java Runtime Enviroment 1.4
It is not (yet) usable from a shell, so you can't run it in a non graphic sessions (mr windows user, just go ahead, this point is not for you).
Actually Anairc is a beta and no binaries are released. Only source code, so you'll have to compile them (The main class is Anairc.java).
